Our Story
Every loaf begins with a purpose. This is ours....
More Than Bread
Some of life's most meaningful moments
begin around the table.
Grace & Sourdough was built on the belief that food has a way of bringing people together. Around the dinner table, over a morning cup of coffee, or shared with a neighbor, bread has always been about more than what we eat—it's about connection.
That belief is at the heart of everything I bake.
The Heart Behind Grace & Sourdough
Hi, I'm Victoria, the baker behind every loaf and baked good.
I'm a wife, a mom of two beautiful boys , an office manager for our family's plumbing business, and the baker behind everything that leaves Grace & Sourdough.
I'm also proud to serve my community beyond the bakery as an Alpine Ambassador and a member of the Alpine Lions Club.
Life is busy, but I wouldn't have it any other way. Every role I have has taught me the value of hard work, service, and building meaningful relationships. Those same values shape the way I run this bakery.
Why "Grace"?
Grace & Sourdough is named in honor of my grandmother, Olga, whose middle name was Grace.
She had a servant's heart and believed that caring for others could be found in life's simplest moments. Her kindness, generosity, and unwavering faith continue to inspire the way I live and the way I hope to serve others.
This bakery is my way of carrying that legacy forward.
Baking With Purpose
Everything is handcrafted in small batches using traditional sourdough methods, quality ingredients, and the time that good bread deserves.
No shortcuts.
No mass production.
Just honest baking made with intention.
Whether I'm preparing Bread Club orders, stocking Vice Coffee Shop, or setting up at the Alpine Farmers Market before sunrise, every product is made with the same care I'd give to my own family's table.
More Than a Bakery
Thank you for welcoming Grace & Sourdough to your table. Whether you're sharing a loaf with family, bringing bread to a friend, or gathering with people you love, i'm honored to be part of those moments.
Thank you for supporting a small business built with faith, family, and passion for bringing people together.
I look forward to baking for you!
-Victoria
